RENT COLLECTION & POINT OF CONTACT SERVICE - 12% INCLUSIVE OF VAT OF AGREED RENTAL
Includes everything within our tenant find only service plus:
- Collect rent on behalf of landlord(s) then prepare and provide monthly rental statements.
- Pursue non-payment of rent
- To provide a “point of contact” service to the tenant on behalf of our landlord. The tenant will notify James Hayward with any day to day management matters, including minor repairs and James Hayward in turn will notify the landlord via email.
FULLY MANAGED SERVICE - 14% INCLUSIVE OF VAT OF AGREED RENTAL
Includes everything within our tenant find only service & Rent Collection / Point of Contact Service plus:
- Provide Landlord Legal Expenses & Rent Guarantee Insurance from the start of the tenancy
(terms & conditions apply).
- Undertake two routine visits per annum and notify the outcome to the landlord.
- Provide a professional check-in inventory service
